    Terms of Service -Adarane Charitable Trust

    1. Introduction

    Adarane Charitable Trust ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and related services at https://www.adarane.org (the "Site").     Adarane Charitable Trust is a registered charitable trust under Indian law, with registration number BNS-4-00554 , having its registered office at #148/38, Bellahalli,Kannur Main road,Yalahanka post,Bangalore 560064. Our mission is to "To empower semi-orphaned, destitute, and underprivileged children by providing them with love, care, education, and holistic support. We strive to ensure that no child is deprived of their basic needs and that every child is given the opportunity to lead a safe, healthy, and fulfilling life."

    3 Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

    4. Use of the Site and Services

    • Permitted use: You may access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes related to the charitable activities of Adarane Charitable Trust, including information, volunteering, donations, event registration, and awareness.

    • Payment processing: Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the provider’s terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for errors or failures by payment processors, except to the extent required by law.
